Our acquisitions team will analyze your submission to confirm numbers, comps, and deal structure.
You'll Get a Response Today
- If your deal passes underwriting, you’ll receive an email and text with instructions to move forward and a JV Agreement for signature.
- If it doesn’t meet buyer criteria, we’ll message you the MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer) we’d need to see in order to proceed.
Exclusive Partnership Activation
Once the JV Agreement is signed, we’ll take the deal live through our buyer channels — handling all dispo, marketing, and negotiations for you.
